• The brief you share — the piece you have in mind, preferred dimensions, materials and any message
• An optional inspiration image, if you choose to upload one
• Your chosen callback time slot, if you select one

We ask for your explicit consent before any of this is stored, and we never collect more than is necessary to help you.

Your details are used exclusively to prepare your custom furniture quote, arrange a consultation with the maker, and — if you go ahead — manage your commission and delivery. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not profile you.

Your information is stored securely in our database, accessed only by the small Studio Modulair team and only for the purpose above. We retain enquiry and booking details for as long as is necessary to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and no longer.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Where a trusted service helps us operate (for example, hosting or email delivery), they process only what is strictly necessary and under appropriate safeguards.

You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to correct anything that is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete your details when they are no longer needed. To exercise any of these rights, simply email us and we will respond promptly.
